TCP 990은 암시적 모드 FTPS입니다. AUTH TLS 협상 없이 클라이언트가 연결하는 즉시 TLS 핸드셰이크가 시작됩니다. 현재는 명시적 방식(포트 21 + AUTH TLS)이 더 흔하지만 많은 구형 클라이언트와 장비는 여전히 990을 기본값으로 사용합니다.

990의 FTPS를 사용하려면 vsftpd에 `listen_port=990`과 `implicit_ssl=YES`가 필요하며 FileZilla 클라이언트에서는 "Require implicit FTP over TLS"를 선택합니다. 제어 채널은 990을 사용하지만 데이터 채널은 동적 포트를 사용하므로 방화벽에서 `pasv_min_port`..`pasv_max_port` 범위를 여세요. 일부 클라이언트는 인증서 체인이 불완전할 때 별도 메시지 없이 실패하므로 `openssl s_client -connect host:990`으로 검증하세요.
Important limitations
990의 암시적 FTPS는 현대 배포에서 덜 흔하며 IANA는 이 포트에 FTPS 서비스 이름을 공식 할당했습니다. 신규 배포는 명시적 FTPS(21 + AUTH TLS)나 SFTP(22, SSH 기반)를 사용해야 합니다. 세 방식을 혼용하지 마세요. 포트, 프로토콜, 클라이언트 설정이 모두 일치해야 합니다.
