Cổng111— rpcbind / portmapper
TCP/UDP 111 là ONC RPC portmapper (rpcbind). Các dịch vụ RPC như NFS đăng ký tại đây, còn máy khách truy vấn 111 để tìm cổng thực tế của dịch vụ. Nó gần như luôn xuất hiện cùng NFS (2049).
Registry assignments, software defaults and local listeners are different things. A port number alone does not identify or secure a service.

Khi gắn NFS thất bại: cho phép 111 (TCP và UDP) cùng 2049 ở cả hai đầu. mountd, statd và lockd dùng cổng động — liệt kê bằng `rpcinfo -p <server>` và cố định chúng trong tường lửa. Máy không dùng NFS có thể tắt hẳn rpcbind: `systemctl disable --now rpcbind`.
Important limitations
Cổng 111 trên IP công cộng cho phép công cụ quét liệt kê dịch vụ RPC và từng bị lợi dụng để khuếch đại DDoS. Hãy tắt nếu không cung cấp NFS/RPC; nếu có, hạn chế nguồn truy cập bằng tường lửa.
